Features of PE pipe extrusion machine:
1. This whole production line includes following parts
Electrical control system, extruder, extrusion die, calibrating and cooling unit, haul off unit, planetary cutting machine, discharging unit.
2. Each line includes two extruder, one extruder adopts high efficiency screw, which used for producing pipe, the other extruder is for line-mark extruder, for example, water supply need to make BLUE mark on the ridge of pipe.
3. Extrusion die: which is a key parts of pipe production. Die good or bad can effect the pipe directly. We adopts newly designed basket and spiral distributary die, which is easy to adjust, it can also make sure even extrusion. Calibrating sleeve adopts special opening slot and cooling technology which can keep pipe precision.
4. Advanced PLC control system with big colorful screen and perfect warning system. It is quite easy to operate.
